I had a rhinoplasty three years ago which has had a negative impact on my appearance. My nose has lost definition from the front, loss of supra-tip and bulky grafts making it appear amorphous especially on front view - it is also 'blunted' underneath with the columella no longer visible and nostril grafts seem too low and heavy. The space between the upper lip and nose also looks much longer. Could a rhinoplasty alone address these issues or should lip lift be considered? Thank you in advance.
