How can a protruding radix graft be fixed or concealed? (photo)

I was left with a radix ball between my eyes after my first closed rhinoplasty. It revealed itself within 6 mo as I have thin skin. I had a Revision with different Dr to address an open roof, irregularities on bridge and a collapse on left side. At 6mo radix showed and my surgeon tried to go in with a cannula and file it directly without going through nose. It worked for about 9 mo then became prominent a year later. What are my options to fix this or conceal it? Can it be done closed?

Yes you can reuse prior grafts assuming you need them and they are in good shape with strong integrity. It’s also common to harvest a rib cartilage graft during a revision rhinoplasty for fresh grafts. Best
