I have done my rhino in 2014.( closed technique) I have done 3 retouches, 1 with general anesthesia to correct nose bridge and 2 with local anesthesia to correct nose tip.. all of them closed technique with same doctor Do you think revision rhino is worth it now to correct again overprotected tip ? One doctor advised also to do chin augmentation using body fat, what do you think?

A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish removal of the graft and give your nasal bridge line back to a normal contour. All the incisions placed on the inside of the nose, there's also no painful packing required
