Is it worth to correct overprotected tip ? One doctor advised to do chin augmentation using body fat. Thoughts?

I agree that your tip is over projected which gives your nose an operated on appearance.   An open rhinoplasty approach would allow precise setback but some tip definition might be lost :  which might not be bad given how pointy the tip is on profile.   You need to consult with a surgeon very experienced in revisions and accept the recovery period.

whether or not you will benefit from a chin procedure or not only clouds the issue.... your dorsal profile is too concave and not only is your tip over-projected, but your point of maximum projection is quite high and nostrils are retracted secondary to over-resection of your tip cartilagesyours are common secondary rhinoplasty deformities which can be mitigated by an open revision rhinoplasty with structural graftinggood luck...
