I don’t mind the shape of my nose overall, I think it suits my face, but I hate the way the tip pulls down so drastically when I smile. Would a tip rhinoplasty by sufficient to fix this problem?

About nasal fracture if you did not solve it early an hour after the accident, you can fix it after 2 weeks.
In my opinion your nose can do re-fracture and re-build it.But it depend on your type of fracture.
