I don’t mind the shape of my nose overall, I think it suits my face, but I hate the way the tip pulls down so drastically when I smile. Would a tip rhinoplasty by sufficient to fix this problem?

Hi, The area you are pointing mostly is cartilage not scar, but It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and give you opinion based on your needs and expectations.
As time goes by after rhinoplasty, the skin continues to tighten down and may eventually show slight asymmetries that you didn't see before. That can certainly be fixed with revision rhinoplasty. Or some patients try some filler first to smooth out the area. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty...
