Hi there, I told my surgeon I wanted to preserve a bit of my columella and he graciously did as I asked. Now looking back I wish I emphasized how I wanted it to still "hang", not just be visible. I love my nose but I’m feeling a loss of identity/ heritage without my columella hanging from the front. My surgeon seems to use strong grafts. Could it ever look like the columella's i've attached above. And would taping it differently allow the columella to drop more from the front?
