I like the overall shape of my lower lip but there is a small bump of superficial filler on the right side. I feel like it’s superficial as that part is a different pigment and you can see a light bump. I don’t want to inject hyalase into it as I’m worried this will dissolve the surrounding filler too. Is it possible to inject saline just into that area to spread the filler and make it less visible? I heard you can also poke it out with a needle but I’m not sure if this will leave the lips uneve

Lip treatment with a soft hyaluronic acid filler would actually help rehydrate as well as restore lost volume to help minimize the lines. Some Hyaluronic acid fillers pull more water than others, but they wouldn't dehydrate the tissue that they are placed...

The issue with dissolving filler is that it also effects your own HA. You will likely have to add a little more filler in that area. Make sure you go to a Board Certified Injector for best results.
