Blurred vermillion border after dissolving lip fillers

Question

So I got my lip fillers dissolved as I was experiencing migration. What I noticed is that after dissolving, my vermillion border became more blurred than before on the right side? I’m not sure why since I thought it was the migrating that causes blurring? And since getting it refilled it’s even more blurred. I’m worried that I will never get my sharp lip line back

First whatever dissolving went on here, you appear to have plenty of retained volume and that suggests that the removal was performed with a deminimis amount of hyaluronidase. When you look at the "refilled" lip, you have a lip shelf. Product is spread into the white roll above the red lip. Also your injector has primarily focused on the central lip. This is distinctly unnatural. Some actually like this look but my impression is that is because that is the only type of service they find and they get accustom to this type of result and begin to think it is the result they are supposed to have. This lip shelf is not as bad as some where the entire upper lip is filled up-not a good look. Generally this is shelf is caused by using a low G prime filler such as any of the Jeuvederms, and most any product that is marketed for lip treatment. These are runny products sometimes marketed as "smooth." Runny products are less likely to cause bumps but they also spread creating the type of result you have. To avoid this one need an much higher G prime product like Restylane. However, that puts a premium on injectors who have the skill to place and sculpt the product to the lip. That skill is rare in my experience. Hope this information helps.

The issue with dissolving filler is that it also effects your own HA.  You will likely have to add a little more filler in that area.  Make sure you go to a Board Certified Injector for best results.
