My injector told me I should get a lip filler touch up every 8 months, (I was coming every 4-5 months) and every 8 months she has been using only about 1/4 syringe, maybe less, and they have gotten so much smaller over the last two years. She uses juviderm ultra.

When people have An indentation in their lip from previous surgery, sometimes a targeted injection with microdroplet Silikon-1000 can fill the indentation permanently. It's not clear why you're temporary filler treatment was unsuccessful. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
