Will a second revision restore my old nose? (Photos)

I underwent a rhinoplasty in 2008 to correct a deviation I was happy with the results but would have liked a more refined tip. My surgeon at the time said this would not suit my face. Last year, I decided to seek a second opinion. The surgeon said he could give me a slightly more refined nose so I went ahead I am devastated by the result My bridge is much wider and the deviation that was corrected in 2008 is back. My philtrum is now almost as long as my chin. Ive lost the lovely shape I had before. I thought I was going to in for small tip and base adjustments and have come away with a completely different nose which does not suit my face. Can something similar to my old nose be restored?
