Waseem Saeed, BSc, MBChB, FRCS(Plast)

I am currently only 7 days post-op, so this is an early review and I will be posting a full update as my healing progresses. That said, I already feel compelled to share my experience with Mr. Saeed, as it has been incredibly meaningful and positive so far.

After experiencing significant trauma from previous surgeries, I put off having this revision for almost 15 years. I had been to several consultations over the years, but no one ever came close to making me feel the way Mr. Saeed did. From the moment I met him, I felt at ease. He is not only an incredibly skilled and passionate surgeon, but also someone who is genuinely kind, humble, and empathetic.

I had been an admirer of his work for a couple of years before I finally found the courage to book a consultation. I only wish I had done it sooner—something I never imagined I’d feel after everything I’ve been through. For so long, my nose felt like a constant reminder of past trauma, and I never thought I’d be able to say I felt hopeful or at peace with it. This surgery has already begun to undo some of that deep-rooted pain, and for that, I am forever grateful.

My case was complex, and I was very aware of that going in, but Mr. Saeed approached it with care, confidence, and precision. From the first consultation through to my cast removal appointment, every step has been faultless.

I feel incredibly lucky to have crossed paths with this extraordinary man. He has already made a huge impact on my experience, and I cannot thank him enough. I look forward to updating this review in the months to come as my healing continues.

I cannot recommend this man highly enough. Nor can I believe that there is a better surgeon in the land.

Dr Saeed ability is unquestionable. The proof is in the pudding and I am testament to that.

Above all, his ethics, integrity and professionalism were simply first class. He gave me all the time that I need to make the most informed choice. He respected my considerations and truly consulted. Dr Saeed is a truly selfless man. He genuinely puts the patient before profit.

To put it simply;

I am more grateful to this wonderful man than he will ever know. If you are looking for a surgeon, with a wealth of experience, knowledge beyond any other, kindness, compassion, a meticulous eye for detail, a vision for perfection, look no further.

I start this review with a little background Through previous trauma, I was left with a very different nose, one that plagued me as a constant reminder of a traumatic past. When old enough, I sought out to have this fixed through a different surgeon. Admittedly, I was stupid, I did not do enough research and my primary surgeon left my nose in tatters. I had a perforation, deviated septum, zero tip definition and cartilage that was just hanging out to the left of my nose (that should have been a tip!), external and internal valve collapse, and to top it off, thinner skin. I left it longer and longer to fix.. and put off the prospect of this ever being repaired. My partner encouraged me to see a revision surgeon, and after weeks and weeks of looking, my sister told me about a surgeon artist. There are many many surgeons in the world, but it takes a true artist to repair so carefully damage caused by others, and understand the golden ratio's of a face, proportions of what looks "best" and what can realistically be achieved. She pointed me to Mr Saeed's art, whereby a true visual representation of the female form could be seen and i knew i had found what i had been looking for.

My first meeting with Mr Saeed, i couldnt believe the difference between my two surgeons. My primary surgeon gave me 15 minutes of his time. What a difference with Mr Saeed, who sat me down for about an hour and a half, and meticulouly drew my face right in front of me. He discussed the issues, realistic expectations, risks, the challenges of revisions. He told me what was achievable and what was not. I feel a lot of patients my have a pre concieved notion of what they want their nose to look like. But surgery like this is so much more complicated than picking a nose from a catalogue. Its about trusting someone, who knows the face, its structure and the limitations to provide the right outcome.

I am now two weeks out from my surgery. The surgery itself was a wonderful experience, the whole team were marvellous, including the anaethetist. Mr Saeed, to date makes me cry at the kindness and care he showed me as he spent hours and hours fixing someone elses mistake, and with every stitch, he has somehow stitched my life back together.

My surgery outcome is not final yet, as i still have swelling but will upload photos at a later date. The difference however, between before and after, is just incredible. I simply have no words, no greater thanks i can offer Mr Saeed. I haven't stopped crying. I feel absolutely blessed to have crossed paths with Mr Saeed, and if you are looking for a surgeon with integrity, experience and skill, you have found the right one.

If this is ls not magic, i don't know what is. Mr Saeed, you have my eternal thanks.

Before you can see at the top of the photo collapsing of the valve, zero tip definition. A rounded blobby end as the cartilage has zero underlying support. Unfortunately you cant see the tip in this picture which was pointing out somewhere entirely where it shouldnt have been.

After picture clearly you can see the difference here. The grafts have created support where there was none to the side of the bridge and in the alar region, which has overall lifted my tip. I actually have nose tip which balances my profile out perfectly.

From the first consultation I had with Mr Saeed, I knew he was the one I wanted to carry out my revision rhinoplasty procedure after enduring an awful experience with my primary rhinoplasty with another surgeon.
Mr Saeed is a professional and experienced surgeon and there would be no one else I would have trusted to do my revision surgery.
The results of my surgery are above and beyond my expectations. I love what he has done!
He never makes you feel like you’re asking too many questions and is straight up and honest with his answers. I couldn’t be any happier with my new nose and it’s given me so much more confidence already and I’m only 8 days post op.
Above all, it is clear to see Mr Saeed cares about his patients. The care that is giving before, during and after surgery is outstanding, including all of the hospital staff and Mr Saeeds secretary. I’m so grateful to Mr Saeed and that he was able to do this for me.

My whole experience with Dr Saeed was amazing. I had consultations with many different doctors before him but felt instantly comfortable with dr saeed. From start to finish you are well looked after & everything is so smooth. Can’t recommend enough!!

Very happy with my surgery outcome - I went in with a focus of improving nasal breathing and this has been achieved and some! Mr Saeed is incredibly kind and skilled, and I could not fault any part of my surgery journey with him.

I absolutely hated my nose since I was a teenager, particularly the horrible bulbous tip, its overall size and that it always looked too big for my face. Finally at the age of 50 I decided that I wanted to do something about it. I did some research and narrowed it down to 3 surgeons. As soon as I met Mr Saeed I felt at ease immediately. I had 2x 1 hour consultations beforehand and he made very detailed notes and listened carefully to what I wanted. Just as importantly Mr Saeed also took time to discuss what was achievable and the risks involved with the surgery. I felt particularly reassured my this & the fact I could ask questions at any time.
Although I was nervous, the surgery went smoothly & felt I was in safe hands. The following week I experienced only some minor bruising and discomfort. I have followed the aftercare instructions to the letter & have had no problems. Any queries I’ve had throughout have been answered quickly by Tracey or Mr Saeed.
When the cast came off I couldn’t believe the difference - my bulbous, hooked tip was gone as was some heaviness in the top of my nose. There was also some deprojection. Before the surgery I was keen to have a natural looking nose that fitted my face and features and Mr Saeed has given me just that. I still look like me but an improved version! It’s made me look younger and I feel much more confident. Previously I felt very self conscious and shied away from having any photos taken, now I’m taking photos galore!
I’m so glad that I chose Mr Saeed, he’s highly experienced & skilled and really understood what I wanted to achieve and was open about what he could do.
I’m now 3 months post op & it’s continued to heal well. My new nose is such an improvement and yet it looks so natural, as though I was born with it. So glad that I finally took the plunge!
