Bone callous formation on bridge - Can desired result be achieved from in office rasping alone? (Photos)

Hello! I am 16 months post op from my primary rhinoplasty. As I have healed i noticed a bump forming back where my dorsal hump was shaved down. It’s hard and definitely bone. Either my surgeon didn’t shave it down enough or the bone matrix was over stimulated I guess. Here is what it looks like now and a photo I edited to match my desired result. Can I achieve this from in office rasping alone? I like the tip and dont want to undergo a whole revision. Please let me know!
