Trouble breathing out of my left nostril and unhappy with appearance of nose - Should I have a 3rd rhinoplasty? (Photos)

My ENT initially performed the rhinoplasty to fix collapsed nasal passageways and remove polyps in my septum. Afterwards, my nose tip had some kind of bone graft that began to protrude out the side, almost puncturing my skin. I went under a second time to get it removed. The scar is still there and my nose tip has twisted to the left and my nostrils are misshapen and my bridge is curved/bulky. I’m considering going under again because I’m having trouble breathing out of my left nostril and the appearance of my nose is unsightly in my opinion. What do you think?
