What is this bubble on my nose? How can it be fixed? (Photos)

I had a rhinoplasty in 2020. I have this weird scar tissue (?) bubble on the bridge of my nose. It squishy and I can move it around a little. I’ve had a few kenalog injections a few years ago but it always comes back. It’s slightly off center to the right.. You can’t always see it but with any kind of overhead lighting it is very visible I’ve tried to find ANYONE who has had this experience and I can’t.. :’) I’d also like the tip to be a bit more defined/pointy (not POINTY but I don’t know the right word lol) I also have slight breathing issues and frequent nasal dripping ever since the rhinoplasty. I’ve been putting it off because im terrified of a revision rhinoplasty but I can see this bubble out of the corner of my eye and it makes me so self conscious.
