2 years post tip plasty – concerns about nostril asymmetry and tip projection after multiple procedures. Revision? (Photos)
Hi, I’m about 2 years post-op from a tip plasty, and I’m still feeling unhappy with certain aspects of my nose. I’ve had a primary rhinoplasty over 10 years ago, followed by a revision 3 years ago, and then a tipplasty 2 years ago to address a droopy tip. During the revision, cartilage was taken from my ear and used in my bridge, as my surgeon advised this would be necessary. My main concerns now are nostril asymmetry, some excess skin under my right nostril, and the tip projection—especially noticeable from the side. At this stage, I’m wondering if these issues are likely permanent or if there’s any chance of further improvement. I would really appreciate professional opinions on whether this looks typical or if these are things that could be addressed with revision.
