Hoping for some helpful anhonest feedback... My breast implats were always too large in my opinion and ive been self conscious for 8 years that they are noticeably fake. Husband tries to reassure me they don't! 400cc overs. Finished breasfeeding 8 months ago and so now worrried they are not only huge but saggy and slightly deformed. Have wanted revison surgery for some time but have concerns about scarring. Would prefer smaller size but thought of uplift puts me off.
Answer: Breasts If you want smaller, go smaller, and get the lift so your nipples and breast tissue won't sag. If you are planning more children, wait on the lift.

Answer: Revision augmentation and mastopexy Hello and thank you for your question! It sounds like you are interested in smaller breasts with down-sized implants. Your nipple position is low suggesting that your skin has stretched with the changes in breast size you experienced during and after pregnancy. If you go to a smaller implant, your nipples will appear even lower. Your best bet is a revision augmentation with smaller implants and a breast lift. Best of luck!

Answer: Implant revision It is not uncommon for the breasts to change after pregnancy and breastfeeding. Based on your goals you will need to consider a breast lift. The current implants can be replaced with smaller ones beneath the muscle for a more natural look and feel. See a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

Answer: Breast surgery The ideal thing would be to have a lift and smaller implants. If you don't want the lift you could simply downsize instead if you feel your breasts are too large. Look into the possibility of the lollipop lift. Fewer scars and it would improve the shape considerably.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear blondie2021, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
