I had the uplift and 325cc under muscle high profile round implants 8 months ago. I asked for full round fake looking breasts. 8 months on the seem low hanging, droopy and do not look anything like what I was expecting. I carnt wear a top without a bra as they don’t look right. The top of the breast seems quite flat and when I lie down the droop towards my armpits. Can anything be done to get what I was expecting or is this what I’m stuck with?
Answer: Breasts With a full lift in women whose breasts sit low on the chest naturally, you can only get so much lift. The round fake look is not an option for your anatomy. However, the inferior incision can be raised by taking out some of the lower sagging tissue which will help reposition your breasts a little higher. Going with larger implants may make the sagging more noticeable.
