Uplift and implants 8 months ago wanted fake round full breasts and they look droopy low hanging. Options? (photos)

Question

I had the uplift and 325cc under muscle high profile round implants 8 months ago. I asked for full round fake looking breasts. 8 months on the seem low hanging, droopy and do not look anything like what I was expecting. I carnt wear a top without a bra as they don’t look right. The top of the breast seems quite flat and when I lie down the droop towards my armpits. Can anything be done to get what I was expecting or is this what I’m stuck with?

At this time, you will need a repeat breast mastopexy using a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, the implants can be placed higher. You will probably need plication of the pockets inferior and laterally to create more upper pole fullness.

With a full lift in women whose breasts sit low on the chest naturally, you can only get so much lift. The round fake look is not an option for your anatomy. However, the inferior incision can be raised by taking out some of the lower sagging tissue which will help reposition your breasts a little higher. Going with larger implants may make the sagging more noticeable.

Hello and thank you for your question. From your description, it sounds like your implants are sitting low and have stretched the lateral pocket allowing the implants to fall toward your armpit. A detailed exam with a plastic surgeon who has experience in revision breast augmentation procedures will help determine the correct course of action. Frequently, results can be improved with careful implant selection and a new implant pocket.

Appears as acceptable lift with smaller implant results. But you can exchange implants to 600-700 cc to try to gain upper pole fullness as first step. Fees in the $8,000 ranges.
