I got breast implants in 2020. First then surgeon placed the implant too high then she said she was going to lower the implant but she didn't just lower the implant, she lowered the crease. Eventually the implant filled in that crease and the implant sits lower and more to the center. I can't get surgeons to see what I am talking about and they look at me like I'm crazy. They say that it's my anatomy. The original surgeon does not want to fix it. I'm looking for another surgeon.

I am not a fan of the gummy implants. You would do better with smooth round implants placed behind the muscle for better upper breast fullness. Your pockets will also need to be tightened, and you might need to go somewhat smaller so the weight does not sag again.
With a full lift in women whose breasts sit low on the chest naturally, you can only get so much lift. The round fake look is not an option for your anatomy. However, the inferior incision can be raised by taking out some of the lower sagging tissue which will help reposition your breasts a...
You need a lift. Your nipple and breast are sagging, but they can be lifted to help restore fullness in that area. Getting larger implants will make the issue worse over time.
