TT and 360 lip and results look uneven. What can be done? Second opinion? (photos)

Thank you for your question and photos. Side views would've been helpful. Based on these photos, you had an abdominoplasty which left you with excess fat over the abdomen and uneven liposuction of the back with multiple un-natural grooves. At this point, if you were my patient, I would do VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees on your torso (your surgeon did not deliver that) with fat transfer to the hip depressions anteriorly and buttock shaping (unfortunately this cannot be evaluated from the posted photos). At a second stage, I would redo your full abdominoplasty and lower the high incision you have. The best chance to get the best result is the first surgery, corrective surgeries can have some limitations due to the first one. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation.
I do not believe that you can be compensated by your first surgeon. He/she might want to do a "touch up", but I do not think that a touch up will give you the results you are expecting. Any further surgery is not a simple revision, but redoing your whole torso to achieve an hourglass figure. Good luck.

You will need to have repeat liposuction. You still have a lot of fat remaining. You may also need a posterior continuation of your tummy tuck to create a body lift.

The problems are ,excess fat around waist area, Highly Positioned Scar and Lack Volume On Hip- Dips and these can be, tummy tuck revision, scar lowering, Vaser Liposuction and to change the porportions fat grafting to hip dips makes you more curvy and better.

It’s a reasonable result. You could benefit from some further lipo suction of your hips. Also make sure you do not gain weight after a tummy tuck and lipo. It’s easy fir this to happen

You may have some residual fat. In the area of the tuck, the fat could not have been trimmed thinly because of safety to the skin. Go back to your surgeon and discuss your concerns.

It can take 9 months to a year for you to see your final results. If you have not reached this threshold it is best to wait. Be sure to follow your surgeon's post op instructions including wearing compression and getting lymphatic massage. If you still have concerns after a year you can consider a revision.

It is a shame you dislike your results. You are not uneven but there are stepoffs at thickness transition. This is an issue of excess fat in your tummy.

As a second stage more liposuction should help a lot. Safety first. There are liposuction limits at the time of tummy tuck.

Your results do not look uneven. All people have asymmetry of their body. This is evident in your before pictures and I don’t think your degree of asymmetry was made worse by the procedure.
There is a mismatch between the thickness of your fat layers above and below your incision. Most people have thin layers of fat in the groin and the gradual transition of the fat layer to the thicker fat around the mid abdomen is excised during a tummy tuck. To eliminate the step off the surgeon can either put the incision higher, remove more subcutaneous fat on the upper part of the incision or patients can improve the results by losing weight.
There may be some access, visceral, fat from obesity, and this can limit how flat the abdomen gets from this procedure. Weight loss should improve your results significantly.
A tummy tuck , primarily treats, abdominal skin laxity and muscle separation. It is not a particularly good procedure for individuals who have access subcutaneous or visceral fat.
Sufficient weight loss prior to the procedure would’ve made you a far better candidate. Likewise, you can improve your results by weight loss after surgery as well.
Plastic surgeons are often reluctant to do aggressive Liposuction in conjunction with a full tummy tuck, because doing so increases the chance of serious wound. Healing complications.
You could have a second round of Liposuction. After being healed up it’s safe to have aggressive Liposuction. Weight-loss would be preferable and given better results than secondary liposuction.
