Unhappy after tummy tuck and lipo 360 - what can I do to enhance my results? (photos)

I’m an African female, 34yrs old, 156cm and weigh 76kg. I have 3 kids I had a tummy tuck done in Turkey by a board certified surgeon b I’m not 100% happy with the results. I also had lipo 360 done at the same time of the tummy tuck. Although he has transformed my body from what it used to be but I feel like he could’ve done more. He said he only removed 2liters of fat and I didn’t understand his explanation. I told him that my back area doesn’t look like it was properly done. Please advise

The amount of liposuction that can safely be done during a tummy tuck is limited when these procedures are combined. This is to ensure the best possible healing and reduce the risk of complications. From your photos, it appears that you still have excess fat on your abdomen and back. I recommend considering another round of liposuction to address these areas.

Please keep in mind that additional liposuction on your back could lead to excess skin in the upper back area, potentially resulting in more pronounced creases or "back folds." However, carefully performed liposuction can help enhance your contour and provide a more refined look.

Your tummy tuck results look great, and it's clear that there has been significant improvement. Unfortunately, without seeing your before photos, it's difficult to gauge the full extent of the transformation. Another round of liposuction could help you achieve the results you desire.

It's difficult to determine the quality of your results without pre op photos.  It does appear you would be a candidate for liposuction to enhance your results.  An exam is needed to determine if your abdominal contour is from excess subcutaneous fat, which could improved with liposuction, or visceral fat.  This is the fat around the organs and is improved with weight loss.  Liposuction or a tummy tuck doesn't impact it.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.
