In order to evaluate whether the Tummy Tuck and Liposuction is sufficient, it is necessary to see the photos of your previous condition. The quality of the images you put is low and does not appear clearly. It is not possible to make an evaluation from the photos you put for the abdomen. According to the images, it is only possible to evaluate your waist and back area. I see that there is looseness in your back skin, but there does not seem to be excess fat. If laser or plasma energy was used during fat removal, this looseness might not have remained. If you put clearer photos, preferably videos, including all areas, appropriate advice can be given to you.

An examination is needed to see if residual fat is still present that could be helped with liposuction. Liposuction does not remove excess upper back skin, and this can be improved with radiofrequency treatment like Renuvion.

It's difficult to determine the quality of your results without pre op photos. It does appear you would be a candidate for liposuction to enhance your results. An exam is needed to determine if your abdominal contour is from excess subcutaneous fat, which could improved with liposuction, or visceral fat. This is the fat around the organs and is improved with weight loss. Liposuction or a tummy tuck doesn't impact it.

I do not recommend people to travel long distances for elective surgical procedures. People seem to not understand the importance of having multiple in person consultations before scheduling surgery in order to vet providers properly. People also don’t seem to understand how many people will have significant concerns or questions after surgery, the number of people who end up having revisions, or that complications actually happened.

Your surgeon is responsible for the outcome of the procedure and you are responsible for choosing that surgeon.
