From the photos, there appears to be some lower abdominal fullness with a degree of skin laxity. Liposuction can reduce pinchable fat, but it will not remove loose skin, tighten the abdominal wall, or repair muscle separation after pregnancy. If those are part of the problem, liposuction alone can sometimes leave the lower abdomen looking looser or uneven. A tummy tuck is usually considered when there is excess skin, stretch-related laxity, or diastasis/abdominal wall looseness. If your skin quality is good and the issue is mainly localized fat, liposuction alone may be reasonable. The key is an in-person exam: your surgeon should assess how much fat can be pinched, how the skin retracts, and whether muscle repair is needed before deciding between lipo, mini tummy tuck, or full tummy tuck.
