Thanks for your question. It is difficult to provide a proper evaluation without side pictures. I recommend scheduling a consult for a proper evaluation. Please always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Dr. Moises Salama, board certified plastic surgeon.
A side photo would help determine whether your nipples are located below your breast fold. If they are, then a lift would be recommended.
It definitely depends on your desired outcome. You would be a candidate for a straightforward breast augmentation, however, during your consultation, you can discuss nipple placement with your surgeon and that will determine if you'd also need a breast lift.
It is difficult to say without a consultation. Breast lift surgery, or mastopexy, is indicated for patients who have adequate volume but whose breasts have dropped due to aging, weight loss, pregnancy, or smoking. In your case, it appears you have lost volume and depending on the fullness you are looking for may benefit from either a breast lift with fat grafting to the breasts or a breast augmentation with implants accompanied by a lift.A virtual or in person consultation with a breast specialist will provide you with accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully,Brandon Richland, MD
I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. It’s difficult to say with just the one photo, but it appears that just implants would be ok. A lot will depend on the look you’re going for (more natural vs. more rounded or “artificial”)If you’re looking for a DD, you likely don’t need a lift.
In my opinion, it seems like you would benefit from implants more than a breast lift. Your breast doesn’t look particularly « saggy » in the pictures you provided and implant adds volume to the breast that is slightly sagging, which fills some volume to the top area of the breast.
Hello, thank you for your inquiry. Since there will be a larger implant put in a lift may not be necessary however an areola lift would perhaps give a better result. I recommend seeking a board certified plastic surgeron for an in person consultation. Best of luck!
It is sometimes difficult to give a good suggestion based on single photo! Very likely that augmentation in the range of 350-380 ml would give you sufficient correction without lift. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with good reputation in breast surgery, is recommended. Good luck.
You appear to be a great candidate for breast augmentation (implants). Your breast architecture is in great position currently. An implant would give you nice shape and upper pole fullness. I encourage you to schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon and try on implant sizers to see what volume you like. Good luck on your breast aesthetic journey!
Please see your surgeon for an in-person assessment. They can let you know if you do in fact have capsular contracture. It is difficult to say based on your photos alone.
Thanks for your question. It appears from your photos that you would need a breast lift with implants to achieve the look you want. Best of luck!
The photos you submitted demonstrate what appears to be potential symmastia. At six months post op if the implant hasn't fully dropped it is not likely to do so on its own. I encourage you to discuss your concerns with your surgeon.
