breastimplants 16 years ago 220cc Alergan, sub muscular. were textured and had a higher risk than others of BIA ALCL. I decided to have them removed. I am completely flat chested and after 4 years am considering having them again. I habe been informed I cannot have a fat transfer as I am size 8 and not enough fat and would only Increase up to one cup size. When I had my implants removed one had ruptured, I had a capsulectomy. Would this impact breast implants now after 4 years. Drains ??

I would recommend performing an implant exchange and also performing a breast lift. I would highly recommend finding a highly trained aesthetic plastic surgeon (preferably 6 years of dedicated plastic surgery residency and 1 year of aesthetic fellowship). Best of luck!
