I had 350cc round high profile implants under the muscle 7 weeks ago. My right breasts seems to be hanging lower than my left and I am getting worried. Will I need a revision surgery ?
Answer: Implants Measurements are needed to be certain, but the higher implant could be lowered, or the lower implant could be raised.

Answer: Smaller implants Your breasts appear asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. You will need the larger breast reduced to a smaller size as well as plication inferiorly to create a new fold. Another alternative would be a larger implant on the smaller side and lowering that fold to match the opposite side. However, once folds are lowered they can progressively descend and bottom out even more. You would be better off with smaller implants. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: BA results Dear Practical159900, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Post op Hi. At 7 weeks postop, it is still very typical to have one slightly different and higher than the other. This usually evens out in the next several weeks or months. With any questions or concerns in this period of time, it is always best to address them to your surgeon, since he/she was there and has much better idea of what to expect than any picture could show.

Answer: Asymmetry after Breast Augmentation Thank you for your question. The right side does look a bit lower than the left. This situation could be due to many factors, but the main thing is that you are only 7 weeks out from surgery and this is not enough time to gauge the result. It is also difficult to assess the result without seeing the preoperative photos. I recommend that you give it a more time and discuss with your plastic surgeon. Good luck. Hope this helps.
