Approximately 5 months ago I had a breast augmentation done. I have posted my before and after photos, I have noticed the asymmetry the entire time but wrote it off as letting each side heal in their own time. As a patient I’m curious if this is still too early or if I should request a revision to fix this.To note he pointed out I had asym. before hand but it was not this significant, I feel like I look lopsided… do surgeons typically fix or recharge for an entire breast aug? Thankyou in advance
Answer: Revision One implant is sitting a little low. You can read your original paperwork to see what is discussed about revision surgery. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Every surgeon has his/her own policy about revision surgery and associated fees.

Answer: Asymmetry We are all asymmetrical to some degree. When the breasts are enlarged it can sometimes make it appear more obvious. At five months post op you are unlikely to notice any significant changes. This is a time that you can discuss possible revision with your surgeon if the asymmetry is bothersome.

Answer: Breast implants Asymmetric before surgery means you will have asymmetry after. I think it’s an acceptable result given that you were quite asymmrrruv before. You could try to lower the high implant. Not sure it’s worth it

Answer: Redo breasts augmentation Dear Virginian, Thanks for posting your before and after pictures and sorry for your sub optimal outcome. From observing you post operative pictures the following is noticed: 1. Size asymmetry. Right breast noticeably bigger than left. 2. Right breast bottomed out - sub mammary crease too low. 3. Wide cleavage. Since you are 5 months after surgery, you can have your breasts augmentation revised and redone. However, always consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures of redo breasts augmentation in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice cleavage, perky, symmetrical and natural looking. Best of luck, Dr Widder widderplasticsurgery.com
