Talk to your surgeon about doing some external ultrasound treatments and Accolate if he/she thinks you have another capsule. This could be very helpful.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced. At nine months post op you are looking at your final result. You will need to consider surgical intervention to correct the asymmetry. Schedule a visit with your surgeon to discuss options.
