Hi docs- many of you said a 500 HP would be huge but i barely see a difference, not sure why these implants aren’t giving me the look i want. Is it my anatomy? When other women who have 350s, they look big and full. I have no upper pole, these look like 300s on me. Should i have went with a 700 lol?! Or is my surgeon not using a good technique? All i wanted was Salma Hayek boobs but I’m over it now.. just not making sense, will a lift change this?
Answer: Breast implants Your breasts naturally sit a little low on your chest which is probably why you lack upper fullness. A lift would help but in my opinion not worth the scars involved. You actually have a good result.

Answer: Implants Although you did not show your before implants photos, your breasts naturally sit somewhat low on your chest. The base of your breasts cannot be raised so you see less fullness in the upper breasts. No, do not go with 700 cc's for they will be too large and heavy for your frame and tissue and just stretch and thin your own tissue and sag even more. Keep what you have and enjoy, but wear good supporting bras.

Answer: Upper pole fullness Your result is most likely from your anatomy and how the implants position themselves naturally behind the nipple. An exam would be needed to know for sure but it doesn't appear obvious that you would need a lift. I wouldn't encourage you to continue to go up in size to try to achieve more upper pole fullness.

Answer: Upper pole fullness Hello thank you for your question. Upper pole fullness is ideal and initially all implants look great, on a long term basis, even with high profile implants there will be a drop. There are a lot of factors that come into play. Breast implants along with your natural breast tissue will naturally fall over time with gravity. We have not quite figured out how to stop the affects of gravity just yet. Most people who have breast implants , like the look of the implants sitting up higher. In the photo of selma hayek wearing a dress and what looks like a bustier top dress most likely looks a lot different when she is without support.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear SF101, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
