Not eligible for a lift or smaller implants. How will my breasts look after removal? What can I expect? (Photos)

I’ve seen two surgeons so far, and both have said my only options are keep my current implants in until they need to come out at some point in my life (I’ve had them in for 13 years come January) or, have them removed, I’m not eligible for a lift or a smaller implant. One surgeon said capsule removal is needed, one said it isn’t and only a small part is needed to be taken for a pathology test as mine are the recalled implants. Both surgeons have been very direct with how “deformed” my breasts will be as my implants are very big and the skin has stretched, both have said I will have asymmetry and it isn’t going to look pretty what I’m left with. I’m mid 30s, have 375cc over the muscle extra high projection implants, I have a concave chest (Pectus Excavatum) but over all good skin elasticity, haven’t had children. Has anyone had similar implants removed and what are the results? First pic is pre any surgery and second picture is from this summer.
