Is it too soon for an explant? How long do I wait for possible autoimmune response symptoms to improve?

I’m a 30F, 5ft 2, petite build, dress size 8 I recently had a breast augmentation -235cc textured teardrop implants placed OTM to support tubular breast. Previously i had no underboob,no cleavage and no upper pole. my areola was large, puffy and mildly herniataged. Sadly I seem to have either developed autoimmune response to the surgery OR possibly to the implants (?breast implant illness). Surgeon and doctors have ruled out infections, scanned breast, checked my ears/ eyes and nerves and have no concerns. Symptoms from the week of surgery have been lightheadedness, brain fog, fatigue, headaches, tinnitus. My mood is low. My question is how long do I wait for these symptoms to resolve? Is there a timeframe for explant and what can I expect from explant in terms of physical result? The longer I keep my implants would that have a worse explant outcome? I didn’t have a fold in my breast previously so I know the scars will be on show..…
