As per your pictures you seem to experience face laxity, meaning your skin is losing its firmness and tightness which could be because of many factors like pregnancies weight loss stress, etc. In such a case a full-face lift is most beneficial for a permanent solution it would target neck, midface and temporal area combined with neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty to target the excess sagging skin around the upper and lower eyelid as well. I would suggest to look into expert surgeons who deals in scarless endoscopic vertical facelift which would give you a natural look after full recovery. Scarless would mean that it will hide the lift incisions in your hairline and after full recovery it will be invisible to see. I recommend vertical face lift so that you don't get a pulled or artificial look. Furthermore, fat injections is also a technique I would suggest for the areas around your mouth for any deep wrinkles or smile lines, it would greatly fill in the lack of volume. Furthermore, fillers are temporary so if you are looking for more permanent ways to enhance your overall look definitely look into the above mentioned procedure. As for your nose, it would be best to get a closed atraumatic rhinoplasty which would not only fix your deviation but also help to get a slimmer nose and define your bulbous tip.

Based on the photos, and considering the results you want, I recommend a facelift for the second and third thirds of your face. This includes the first third of the neck. With upper blepharoplasty and an eyebrow lift (pexy), this would be a complete surgical plan for you to obtain better results. Hi,The deep plane facelift surgery has a long-term and natural effect and also the best method to solve these symptoms that occurs in the middle and lower face with ageing. I think facelift surgery, lateral brow lift and also fat grafting may help you for better front appearance and symmetry. The laxity of your cheeks. Neck and jawline will only be addressed with a properly done facelift. I’m not crazy about facial implants or fillers or fat injections. You may also benefit from eyelid surgery as well as the facelift. Those other things are a waste of money

To address your concerns, I would recommend a facelift/necklift, neck liposuction, fat grafting, endoscopic brow lift, and a chin implant. Areas for fat grafting would include your temples, the superior orbital rim (as it appears hollow), cheeks, tear troughs, NLF. The nose could be addressed with microdroplets of HA filler or a rhinoplasty.

According to your inquiry, you need a middle face and lower facelift, neck lift, blepharoplasty, lipofilling (periorbital, lips), rhinoplasty, and chin augmentation with an implant.
The way to reposition the tissues to restore a youthful appearance and "visible high cheekbones" is to treat cheeks ptosis, and skin flaccidity, by performing a middle and lower facelift.
A lower face and neck lift through an around-ear contour incision in addition to a one-inch submental scar (below your chin) will greatly improve your jawline and entire neck. The same incision can be used for a chin implant to balance your profile.
Regarding your nose, rhinoplasty will be necessary to lower and narrow the dorsum.
An upper blepharoplasty with upper elevator muscles tightening, and fat grafting should be considered to improve hollowness and your look. Additionally, fat grafting and tensioning of the lower eyelids will improve the appearance of that area.Moreover, there are other concerns that need to be addressed during the planning process.
Some of these are dark circles around your eyes, facial asymmetry, subtle tilt down of the left eyelid, fillers in the tear trough, previous rhinoplasty, scar positioning, submandibular glands, long upper lip, and your surgery risk.

Hi HelenaEvery face is different and treatment should be tailored to every patient.Your forehead looks great, you have little to no wrinkles, I see some glabellar wrinkles which may be treated with botox,Your eyebrow is in a very juvenile position. I wouldn't do anything to it.I see you have a hollow upper eyelid, this can be treated with fat graft.I cant asses your nose, but if you say its crooked, the best option is rhinoplasty.I see you have jowls and some extra skin on your neck, this makes you an excellent candidate to a facelift. During the facelift you may have fat grafted into malar area (cheekbones). This will also help you achieve the triangular face you wish and younger looking neck.
What type of facelift do I recommend?, in a slim face like yours, I recommend SMAS plication.
