Most garments are fully adjustable so you can decide how much pressure you would like to apply. You can Google for a number of companies that provide these or indeed Amazon sell some also.

For over 25 years, we no longer use any compression garments. We insert two Jackson Pratt drain underneath the skin in the neck which are left in from 24 to 48 hours and are much more comfortable than a compression/ pressure garment.
