Hello does anyone have experience regarding which procedure would be best for a desirable outcome please? End goal is to reduce sagging of the lower buttock and lessen the extra gluteal creases & indentations in this particular area. I am open to any advice/options, i.e non-surgical/surgical but definitely not implants. Thank you
Answer: BBL candidate Thank you for your question. Based on the pictures you appear to be good candidate for BBL (brazilian butt lift) I recommend you fat transfer to the lower butt to provides better projection and liposuction in the bananas rolls. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results. Respectfully, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Saggy skin Dear Rebecca870403, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: BBL or skin excision to reduce the sagging of the lower buttock? I recommend combination of lipo with directed BBL, along with minor inferior buttock crease skin excision. Understand you will have a scar in the inferior buttock. Fee ranges from $8,000-$18,000.

Answer: Buttock Reshaping hi thanks for your query. the main concern which appears is indentations and excess volume at few places. but indentations on the lateral surface and butts is quite significant. the best way to reshape it is fat grafting to all the indented surfaces and to remove excess fat from undesirable places. the sagging component needs to be closely examined before a final decision can be made .hope it answers your query.

Answer: Gluteal enhancement It’s a little difficult to make a good assessment based on your pictures. Have you had previous procedures? The pictures look like you’ve had some type of intervention in the past and this can drastically change treatment options. There is no simple straightforward procedure. Unless a procedure has a very good chance of clearly making things better sometimes it’s a wiser choice to simply avoid having surgical intervention. I would highly recommend relying exclusively on in person consultations. In order to make an accurate assessment it is imperative for surgeons to know if you’ve had previous procedures done. If that’s the case then you should come prepared to consultations with proper before and after pictures and a copy of any previous medical records especially the operative reports. I could be wrong about previous procedures in which case there is no need to bring any special documentation. Good luck, Mats Hagstrom MD
