Is it more risky injecting fat into the buttocks who is doing a lot of glute exercises? I know there's risk associated with the muscle and where fat is injected. In other words does it matter any when working out prior to having a BBL? Does building muscle in the buttocks add more risk?

Answer: Exercise prior to BBL - Does building muscle in the buttocks add more risk? Hello @kkkk40, actually doing exercise to gain muscle mass in the buttocks before the procedure does not generate risk for the surgery, on the contrary, it is good for your health and the surgery. The gluteal fat transfer is performed with the excess of adipose tissue extracted from different areas (Liposculpture). Then this fat goes through a process and is injected into the buttocks, through a cannula and a small incision. Best Wishes!

Answer: Exercise Dear kkkk40, absolutely! Building your gluts is a great way to enhance your buttock region and I recommend to all of my BBL patients. It not only ads volume to the buttocks but lifts the buttocks in a more anatomic position.
