I have and continue to perform an enormous number of silicone and biopolymer removals for patients from all over the globe. Patients frequently have the foreign material injected to improve buttock and hip proportions, but silicone, PMMA, and hydrogel can be and have been injected almost anywhere. The procedure only removes the foreign material and not your own tissues. This reduces the denting and deformity. After you have healed from the PMMA removal, you would have to be evaluated for butt implants or a BBL.
Dear tcapellan,it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Yes but must seek very experienced boarded Plastic Surgeon only! This has higher risks of complications unless the surgeon has experience. There are only very few surgeons whom fit this requirement. expect fees in $8,000+++ ranges.
PMMA injections can create fluid filled pockets in the buttocks. This creates potential spaces that can collect fat they will not survive. Some plastic surgeons may want radiological evaluation before the procedure to see what’s going on such as an ultrasound or MRI.Personally I would be apprehensive but there are probably plastic surgeons who are comfortable and happy to do a BBL for you.The only way to find out it’s just start scheduling consultations and see what each individual provider has to say. You’ll get different responses from different providers.Schedule multiple in person consultations with the most talented and experienced local board-certified plastic surgeons who have the most extensive experience with the BBL procedure.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
If you are looking to have fat transfer just to the hips and not to increase volume in your buttocks then You should be able to undergo fat transfer. You should consult with a Board Certified PS with lots of experience performing BBL surgery. good luck!
No, I would say that the muscle gain for the buttocks would produce a very minimal change in most women. However, I think that this can only help your physical and mental health. For most patients, the improvement in physique that can be made in 2 hours in the operating room cannot be achieved...
HiI think you will need the fat from the abdomen to harvest to get enough for a BBL - so i would do BBL first then tummy tuck second. The abdomen will look worse in between operations until the TT can be performed. in my practice you need at least 4 weeks between procedures.CheersDamien
Dear Noel136141. Thank you for your question and photos. After analyzing your case I can say you're a good candidate for Lipo + Tummy Tuck + BBL. I'm sure those procedures will give you an amazing result! Without a Tummy tuck there will be a lot of pendant skin and the shape and look will not be...
