I think I’ll start with Natalie. She was so kind, professional, and polite when I called and scheduled my appt. Well, I got the same in person but with a bright, warm, and welcoming smile! Dr. Sailes was thorough, patient, and explained everything as far as what should be expected before and after surgery. Kayla, his NP was also awesome! She took pics, asked questions, friendly, and understanding.

One word, perfection! I am 4 weeks post op bbl and lipo and everything is looking great. My scars are already fading away. He provided exactly what I asked for and it looks really nature yet noticeable. I absolutely love the results. Dr. Sailes is available for questions and attentive. Kayla is his NP and she has really been there for me. I’m thankful and extremely satisfied. Highly recommended Dr. Sailes!

Healing well. It’s amazing what 5 days after a procedure can do for ya. I can definitely see a difference in my stomach since my surgery. I know it’s nothing but up from here. Currently talking my antibiotics/lovenox injections. Dressing changes to my lower back, and up back from my lipo. I have completely stopped my pain meds/muscle relaxers. Walking, drinking my water, pineapples/the juice, and rest has done me well. Although today is day 5 I’m still taking it easy.

I’m so glad I found Dr. Sailes to perform my Tummy tuck with lipo to my flanks and back. He’s a true gem in the Jackson metro area. His bedside manner is absolutely amazing. It’s always a joy to see and speak with him. I can’t thank him enough for the great work he has done on me. I’m so pleased and I know that my results will only get better. The care that I have received following my surgery by Kayla his NP has been amazing as well. The time and attention she has put into my lymphatic massages has been great. I really appreciate her constant reassurance that the lipo tightness will get better. I couldn’t have found a better Plastic Surgeon office. Everyone at SLS has been so helpful and kind throughout this whole process pre and post surgery. I pray nothing but continued blessings upon Dr. Sailes and his craft and the great group of people on his staff.

Dr. Sailes and his NP Kayla were amazing. He has great bedside manners and is very knowledgeable. I had a bilateral breast reduction back in August. I had no pain post op and did not require any drains. My breast are perfect and I am longer having any neck or back pain.

I wanted to have a breast reduction to help with back and shoulder pain but I was terrified about every aspect of surgery. I made an appointment with Dr. Sailes to simply ask questions and get further information. I felt so confident in him and his team that I scheduled my surgery before leaving his office that day. I am now 6 months post surgery and doing great. My back pain is 100% gone and my shoulder pain is significantly lower; it was the best decision of my life. Literally.

Best doctor ever. It wasn’t as EARLY bad as I what others make it seem. I look fab good and I didn’t have tubes and drains all connected to me, I didn’t have a bloody fest in my faja… Barely bled. Great pain meds, I even had assistance getting back to my hotel .. a van on a stretcher that he provided. I heard from them 24 hours later and I went back in for an in person review day 5 to get my stage 2 faja along with an in person examine. I heard back from the nurse in 2 weeks and again in 4. They set my massages up 2 weeks after (THANK GOD) instead of 2 days (like most doctors in Miami). So maybe that why I stayed plump, I didn’t have anybody draining all my fat cells out with all that pressure.. I went when my scars was closed which happened in like 3-4 days. I have absolutely NO markings. Idk if it’s because I’m dark skin or what but I didn’t even need the scar cream he provided along with a 2 part bbl pillow and more. My legs match my but, which means he is great with ratio. It’s gets no better than him. No pain, great results. The proof is in the pudding
