Unfortunately, you can not count on liposuction and fat transfer (BBL) to solve your problem. Loose skin of the abdomen will not retract after liposuction and you will be left with similar deformity that you have now. After BBL, next surgery should be removal of that skin apron by means of TT. Loosing additional 30-40 lb. is must to in order to see good result after these surgeries. While a patient may dream, we as a plastic surgeons, have to base our work on science and reality. Good luck.

Dear Noel136141. Thank you for your question and photos. After analyzing your case I can say you're a good candidate for Lipo + Tummy Tuck + BBL. I'm sure those procedures will give you an amazing result! Without a Tummy tuck there will be a lot of pendant skin and the shape and look will not be as desired. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You definitely will have very loose wrinkled skin after liposuction. Include your pubic mound in the lipo so to "try" to flatten it out. Expect fees in the $8,000 ranges for round 1. I think because your amount of fat is well over the 4 liter limit in Florida you will need 2 rounds of surgery.

Loose skin is the number one reason patients fail to get good liposuction and fat transfer results.

You also have excess visceral fat so further weight loss is needed if you want to get a flat abdomen.

Your best option at this point is to continue with your weight loss.

It’s true that women who know they want to have children in the future should probably hold off on a tummy tuck until they are done having children or are fairly certain they are not going to have children.

Doing BBL procedures on patients with flabby skin envelopes doesn’t give all that great of a result.

For now continue with light weight loss.
