Recommendations Please - is my skin too loose for a BBL? (photos)

Question

32 NO KIDS ( havent been pregnant Highest Weight -256 Current Weight- 213 GW-175 I’ve lost weight. In my opinion, I don’t have much loose skin however, I want to know if i have too much loose skin for a BBL. I do not want a Tummy Tuck first because I do plan to have kids in the future. However I do have a large mons pubis. No matter how small or what size I’ve been I’ve always had a large “camel toe”. It’s genetically positioned in my family of women. Can it be fixed with a BBL? Thanks

Unfortunately, you can not count on liposuction and fat transfer (BBL) to solve your problem. Loose skin of the abdomen will not retract after liposuction and you will be left with similar deformity that you have now. After BBL,  next surgery should be removal of that skin apron by means of TT. Loosing additional 30-40 lb. is must to in order to see good result after these surgeries. While a patient may dream, we as a plastic surgeons, have to base our work on science and reality. Good luck.

Dear Noel136141. Thank you for your question and photos. After analyzing your case I can say you're a good candidate for Lipo + Tummy Tuck + BBL. I'm sure those procedures will give you an amazing result! Without a Tummy tuck there will be a lot of pendant skin and the shape and look will not be as desired. In this regard, I recommend you a Tummy Tuck to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.

Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

You definitely will have very loose wrinkled skin after liposuction. Include your pubic mound in the lipo so to "try" to flatten it out. Expect fees in the $8,000 ranges for round 1. I think because your amount of fat is well over the 4 liter limit in Florida you will need 2 rounds of surgery.
