32 NO KIDS ( havent been pregnant Highest Weight -256 Current Weight- 213 GW-175 I’ve lost weight. In my opinion, I don’t have much loose skin however, I want to know if i have too much loose skin for a BBL. I do not want a Tummy Tuck first because I do plan to have kids in the future. However I do have a large mons pubis. No matter how small or what size I’ve been I’ve always had a large “camel toe”. It’s genetically positioned in my family of women. Can it be fixed with a BBL? Thanks
Answer: BBL, TT and weight loss Unfortunately, you can not count on liposuction and fat transfer (BBL) to solve your problem. Loose skin of the abdomen will not retract after liposuction and you will be left with similar deformity that you have now. After BBL, next surgery should be removal of that skin apron by means of TT. Loosing additional 30-40 lb. is must to in order to see good result after these surgeries. While a patient may dream, we as a plastic surgeons, have to base our work on science and reality. Good luck.

I'm sure those procedures will give you an amazing result! Without a Tummy tuck there will be a lot of pendant skin and the shape and look will not be as desired. Include your pubic mound in the lipo so to "try" to flatten it out. Expect fees in the $8,000 ranges for round 1. I think because your amount of fat is well over the 4 liter limit in Florida you will need 2 rounds of surgery.
