first of all thanks for the pics. see either u should go for fillers to enhance volume of your lips and thereby reducing your gummy smile. u can also combine it with botox to reduce the gummy smile. if u do not want any of these options, then u should go for fat grafting surgery to give more volumisation and improve your lower face ratio.

steroid injections are a big no.

hi I could not understand why u took 5 FU shots. secondly your nose is slim, only issue I see it is a bit longer with slight droopiness which I can appreciate only with better views.

first of all any filler to the nose or liquid rhinoplasty carries the risk of vascular complications including blindness , but in expert hands it can be done safely. secondly if u are already planning a definite rhinoplasty after 1-2 months I shall suggest u not to go for any liquid rhinoplasty and directly go for your surgical procedure

thanks for the pics, once u use tretinoin two things need to be taken care of, one is regular moisturising of your face and lips. second most important is that u need to apply sunscreen at least 3 times a day with spf 50 (minimum) even if u working or staying at home and not going out. secondly check if u have any hormonal issues like pcos or thyroid.

hi thanks for your query and pics. well there are two things I can make out in your pics. first thing is the lines around eyes called crows feet and secondly when u smile lot of muscles are getting recruited more than what are required leading to making your eyes smaller. so what u require is a combination of botox for your dynamic lines that is crows feet and secondly fillers for your myomodulation so as to create a better smile and look overall.

Hi everyone I would like to appreciate the skills of Dr Sukhbir singh, the way he explained me in detail about the entire procedure. He showed me few of his clients pictures for me to understand how the face shall look after 3 weeks post procedure. He is very patient and the way he carried out my procedure was just amazing.
