How would I go about improving my features with a rhinoplasty? South Indian F, 18 yrs (Photo)

which procedures would suit me, especially for age/ethnic background, specifically to correct tip and bridge of nose? how could this also be coordinated with other procedures in order to correct facial harmony and side profile? not seeking an excessively modified or conventional/"trendy" look, just wish to improve upon my features
