Basically the question. I hit my nose in late Dec 2023 and ever since i've had this developing hump on the side of my nose bridge. It's almost like a ball when i try to feel it, but it's hard and doesn't move. If i press hard enough, it goes down for a few seconds then comes back up (almost like it's cartilage). i showed it to a general physicist and he said it could be a cartilage fracture but the x-ray didn't show much. What is it and will it go?? It's honestly ruined my face

In general, when osteotomies are necessary to straighten a crooked nasal appearance, the incisions are made inside of the nasal vestibule. Percutaneous osteotomies may be used to move a small fragment of stubborn bone. I believe intranasal osteotomies are best for nasal realignment. Thank you...
Hi @acoyt21, Excellent question! I recommend a consultation with a FACIAL plastic surgeon which means they double board certified in ENT and plastic surgery of the head and neck. Best of luck, Dr. Ghazizadeh
Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. While you might not be able to get all the way to what your photo looks like, you can make a significant improvement in that direction. I would go to see a few more experienced rhinoplasty surgeons to see what they would say.
