I know my nose isn’t nice but I am unsure about which rhinoplasty would be the most appropriate to improve it I would also like advice about any suitable jaw and chin surgeries/ any other recommendations Thanks

In general, when osteotomies are necessary to straighten a crooked nasal appearance, the incisions are made inside of the nasal vestibule. Percutaneous osteotomies may be used to move a small fragment of stubborn bone. I believe intranasal osteotomies are best for nasal realignment. Thank you...

Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. While you might not be able to get all the way to what your photo looks like, you can make a significant improvement in that direction. I would go to see a few more experienced rhinoplasty surgeons to see what they would say.

That will not be a very practical or effective solution, in my experience. I would work closely with your surgeon to establish a plan for scar management ahead of time. This may include sequential steroid injections. I would also discuss with your surgeon about superficial radiation therapy....

Scar tissue band scan form inside of the nose and caused blockage, and narrowing of the internal nasal valves. If surgical repair is indicated for this, I think that silicone splints may be placed to help prevent recurrence. Wishing you well. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
