I workout everyday 2x including weight training. I am working out my triceps however it really doesn't look like I had a procedure other than the scars. Some of the excess skin was removed however I still see alot of sagging (bat wings). I did not have lipo as he said I didn't need it. How should I address this?

Answer: Persistant redundant skin. It is not possible to give you meaningful advice without at a minimum a photo. A in face consultation would be the optimum. However, if you feel some redundant skin remains on your arms, you should speak with your plastic surgeon about correcting it. Depending on the volume of the arm, liposuction can be done beneath the area of skin to be removed so when the skin edges are to be brought together there is no intervening tissue blocking them. If your surgeon won't address your concerns, consult with a different surgeon to see if a correction would benefit you.
