Excellent results. Went from 32aa to 32ddd, 500cc silicone sub fascial. Drivers answered all questions I didn't even have to ask. Every one on staff was patient and kind. I was very nervous and needed 2 seperate consultations, but he let me have 2 full consultations before I decided i was sure, and i am sure he would have let me come back as many times as I wanted. Excellent results.
I had a breast augmentation with Dr Gouverne to enhance my breast size. He was so insightful on helping me choose the right implants for my body type. His whole staff was so kind and made me feel so comfortable through this life changing process. I couldn't commend his staff and Dr.Gouverne enough. Thank you for giving me the body I've always wanted to have.
I recently had a Tummy Tuck with Dr. Gouverne and I have nothing but praise and gratitude for his great work and professionalism. His staff was especially personable from beginning to end and I truly felt like I was part of a family not just a patient. I am currently six weeks post op and couldn't be happier with the results from my procedure. If you are anywhere in south Texas I highly recommend Dr. Gouverne...you will not be disappointed!!!!!
I really wanted to fix my contracture, it was getting to the point where it was hurting in my arm pit . I don't feel it looks as bad as the picture in person but I knew after seeing that I had to get them fixed. Plus the right breast was hard an I was so insecure about it I didn't even want my husband to touch it :( Updated on 8 Jun 2017: So I had a pain pump and it really helped I was up walking around feeling good , but sleeping was still a pain.. I had a lot of bleeding Through one of the catheter sites. Of course I freaked out called the nurse. It's normal! They changed my bandages the following morning. Besides the pain aspect I absolutely love the way they look ! It's like I look a month post op how they are sitting. I'm in love ???? can't wait to see the progress over the next couple weeks Updated on 9 Jun 2017: Is it strange I feel better now that it's out! Let me tell you that thing is in there! Was one of the strangest feelings pulling it out. Updated on 9 Jun 2017: Just Sitting in my recliner .. my new bed Updated on 11 Jun 2017: In the first couple days you really don't see the light at the end of the tunnel, but today I felt so good. I had finally slept In my bed which is the greatest feeling ever after multiple nights in a chair ... I'm only taking my pain pills at night now before bed which is great. I felt so good me and the family went to the beach today!! I couldn't get in due to my stiches still being in but at least I looked awesome in my bathing suit :) Updated on 14 Jun 2017: Got my stitches out today! Had a great office visit as usual. My incisions look great , the cut is very straight An perfectly in the creases of my boob so when they drop more they will be completely out of site ! Definitely excited about that. I'll post pictures of the incisions later tomorrow. They also took pictures for me today so you guys could get a better view of my boobs besides my selfies lol. Updated on 27 Jun 2017: Haven't updated in a while. But I love my boobs they've dropped so much more and feel so much softer already. I have a follow up appointment I'm looking forward to tomorrow. Oh I got sized for a bra I'm a 32ddd.
Had lost approx 80 lbs and had an ugly C-Section scar horizontally on my stomach along with the sagging skin from the weight loss. Went for the consultation and was very impressed with the staff and then Dr Gouverne. The overall treatment from the staff and Dr Gouverne was very caring during and after my procedure that I decided to have a breast lift.
I have had an amazing experience through my mommy makeover experience. All my appointments have been super fast with hardly any waiting times. I have always felt like I was really important to him and his staff and my after results (only 4 weeks post op) are amazing. I am super happy with everything and I am very pleased that I chose him to do it.
I just got restylane injections under my eyes a few hours ago by Dr. Gouverne and I have to say that I am LOVING the results so far! I was a little freaked out at first because right after he injected the numbing block under my eyes and left the room so that it could kick in, my cheeks started to swell a bit and and it started to turn white at the injection site. My eyes were also fluttering and tearing up a bit. So of course I began to panic and think the worst! When he came back in, he let me know that it was totally normal and that it was just adrenaline causing that reaction, but that it would go down and go away within the next few hours. He let me mark the area under my eyes where I specifically wanted the filler to be placed and that's where he injected. I didn't feel a thing!! He told me that he was injecting all the way down to the orbital bone so that the filler would NOT be noticeable under the skin. It's been about 2 hours now, the swelling and discoloration from the numbing block has gone away and the results look INCREDIBLE!!! I hope it stays looking exactly as it does right now. I've had restylane injected under my eyes in the past from a different injector, but by this time, last time, I was already swollen and bruised and I felt like I could see the filler under the skin. Not this time!! I guess it's true what they say...it's all about finding a highly qualified and trained injector. As far as I'm concerned he's a true professional! And very kind to top it off! :)
The best decision I've ever made in my entire life. Clothes no longer fit comfortably with the excess skin I had on my body. The more weight I lost, the worse it looked because I had skin just hanging off my body. The before pic was 1 month pre-op and I lost another 7lbs before having the surgery. My before and after weight did not change at all from the tummy tuck, which is surprising after looking at the photos. The pain was nowhere what I expected. I heard women say they couldn't stand up for days. I stood up straight the next day. If you've had a c-section, this is not much worse. I was on pain meds for a little over a week. But was fully functioning. Didn't drive for 2wks but that's because it was recommended not to.
Dr. Gouverne, his nurses and staff were the best in the Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend area. I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, liposuction of the waist and upper back. My surgery was on a Monday and by Friday, I was no longer taking pain pills only extra strength Tylenol. Honestly, wasn't in any really bad pain. Back was probably hurting more than my stomach. Drains were easily taken out the following Monday after surgery, with no pain either. His nurses are the absolute best!!! The feeling I have about Dr. Gouverne, his nurses and staff is as though he's my family doctor even though I've only known his for four months.
I had a mommy make over after a friend referred me to Dr Gouverne after seeing her results for the same procedure the moment I walked in the staff was amazing very sweet caring and Dr Gouverne was the best I am very happy with my results I love my new figure. Special thanks to Amanda for going the extra mile.
Scars that are 1.5 years old will no longer improve. I don't think that you should count on much improvement even with more therapies. Avoid expensive treatments as I don't expect much improvement at all. You have healed the scars well but they seems to be so long. Please check with your surgeon if you have textured implants, if you do follow the advice on my blog
After two years it is unlikely that any change will occur. Fortunately this area is often treated successfully with liposuction or direct excision of tissue. Visit a board certified plastic surgeon in your area for a consultation.
Hi Britt, thanks for your question. 485 cc on your little frame seems too large since you already have a c cup. I noticed a significant droopy shape with your nipples looking down. You should seriously consider a breast lift with a much smaller implant . Repeat your consultation or seek another one.
For a BA smoking is not too much of an issue, but for a breast lift it's a huge issue and your surgery needs to be delayed.
Heather we do not have enough info to give you even a guess. Call your Doc and he will guide you through your recovery.
