Answer: Ask Your Surgeon I suggest asking your plastic surgeon this question as different surgeons have different post-op instructions. Your incisions must be completely closed and you shouldn’t have any drains in. That being said, a basic guideline to follow is 3-4 weeks. Best regards.

Answer: Physical activity after arm lift and breast augmentation Have a chat with your plastic surgeon as they will be in the best position to advise you on returning to physical activity based on your individual recovery. In most cases I suggest easing back into your regular routine four weeks or so after survey.
