I had brachioplasty done on both arms 6 weeks ago, recently discovered a lump under the incision about the size of a quarter, ultrasound says it's likely hematoma...I will see my Dr in the next few days to discuss this. But I'd like to know how this is usually treated....will it require another surgery, is it an in-office procedure, will this go away on it's own, etc???
