What can be done with these deep lines on one side of my nose. It is very upsetting to me and my nose is bumpy looking (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty 13 years ago with a repair of a deviated septum. After healing I developed a small bump on the left side of my nose and 2 lines on right side. It has always bothered me but lately it is very bad. my doctor injected a filler a year ago but it really didn’t do much then after 7 months my nose started to look very bumpy . I tried taking a picture but it didn’t come out good. The picture I posted is of the deep lines on the right side of my nose.

Thank you for your question. The EKG results are likely computer generated by the machine. But I would still recommend a cardiology clearance prior to having your surgery. Best of luck with your procedure.
