Arm lipo can be potentially combined with mommy makeover, depending on the patient/surgeon preference and what exact "mommy makeover" procedures are already planned on being performed. If you want to do this separately due to cost, recovery, surgery length/safety reasons - those are all valid reasons as well. Staged procedures are very common - typically I advise patient that it takes 2-3 months to fully "recover" from one major surgery and therefore wait at least 3 months (or sometimes longer if needed) to schedule their next major "stage".
