I was supposed to have a MMO (ett, bl, lipo 360, bbl) but it was cancelled 30 minutes into it. He had performed 65% of the lipo only, before stopping bc my heart rate was low. They stopped surgery, understandably. I was told i needed cardio clearance, from his preferred dr. I did the stress echo and another test, and was cleared. I have a low hr no heart issues. They are giving me the run around on either a refund or reschedule, would i be entitled to a partial refund for srvc not done?

Thanks for your question! A lot of it depends on what caused the PE. If there is a pre-existing condition, some surgeries are simply not safe for you to have done. Ultimately, we would need more info to answer this question. Good luck!
