I’m extremely pleased with Dr. Fallucco and the results from my surgery. He was professional, which was a big bonus given the delicate nature of the surgery and the fact that I’m shy. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this doctor.
Dr. Fallucco has done more than several procedures for me, after years of weight loss, weight gain, and a few children. I was finally weight-stable and ready for a change. I was unhappy with my appearance after losing 50 pounds. I was going to the gym 5 days a week. Nothing was helping with my loose skin and problem areas. I had a Lipoabdominoplasty and had excellent results. Dr. Fallucco was a magician!! I have two large tattoos running down my side. My incision is hip to hip and he removed quite a bit of it, and you would never even know! I was so happy to be able to wear a bikini for the first time in a very long time. A few years passed, and because my Tummy tuck was so beautifully done, I was ready for my breast lift. I ultimately had silicone breast augmentation with a breast lift. Again, my surgery was beautifully done, and I was beyond happy with my results. I spent my time in my 20s & 30s having children and raising them, and finally I felt like myself again and I had my body back at 40 years old! My last surgery (icing on the cake), I had a Deep Plane Neck lift! With age and weight loss, I had that stubborn sagging skin on my neck. I cannot say enough about Dr. Fallucco and his skill! I will forever recommend him and praise his work!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Morgen Fletcher at Florida Plastic Surgery Group. I’ve seen her for Botox, filler, Kybella, BroadBand Light (BBL), and Halo laser treatments—and I’ve absolutely loved the results from all of them! I’m someone who is very prone to fainting and have always been nervous about aesthetic treatments. If it weren’t for Morgen and the extra steps she takes to make sure I’m comfortable (and conscious—seriously!), I never would’ve been able to go through with these procedures. She creates a calming environment and always goes the extra mile to ensure I feel safe and cared for. What truly sets Morgen apart is how incredibly studious and precise she is. It’s clear she has made it her mission to master these treatments and deliver nothing short of perfection. Her skill, professionalism, and kindness are unmatched. Thank you, Morgen, and thank you to the entire team at Florida Plastic Surgery Group. You’ve made a client for life!
Super informative and the staff were amazing! I’m in love with my results. Im 9 weeks post op. The goal was to look as natural as possible and even with some residual swelling it looks so natural. I can’t wait to see the final results.
I had a breast reduction on 7/28 through insurance. This was my first time getting surgery done and I must say, Dr. Fallucco did a wonderful job. I had three different consultations with him because I was scared and I had to ask all the questions necessary to ease my mind. Every time I went, he listened to my concerns and gave me his medical opinion. I want to eventually go to the DR and get a TT w/ BBL, so this experience with him was going to make or break my decision to go. Because of covid I was all by myself and nervous. Even though he had a mask on, I could tell he came in with a big smile and greeted me. I seriously was scared of my breasts being too small and still in a saggy position, but when I say Dr. Fallucco gave me reduction with LIFT... Baby, the girls are at ATTENTION and proportionate to my body. I will eventually add pictures once I get past my first 6 weeks. I want to add as well that I didn't know how I would feel after the procedure. I have to remember to take it easy because with the non-narcotic drugs he prescribed I feel no pain. I feel as if I never even had surgery. The side boob area is a little sore but I think its only because I have no drains. I have been giving myself Lymphatic drainage massages to the side areas where he did lipo and it does provide relieve for me. Anyways I hope the grammar police don't lock me up and throw away the key. If only the US standards and prices were like the DR, I wouldn't allow anyone else to do my TT w/ BBL. He is an awesome surgeon and made my first experience perfect!
When I found out I had breast cancer and would have to have a bilateral mastectomy I knew that the choice of surgeons was up to me. After research and consulting with my doctor I knew that Dr Fallucco was the best choice. Dr Fallucco is an excellent surgeon. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the surgery that he performed. He took time on more than one occasion to explain to me exactly what would be done. My mind was set at ease knowing I had made the right choice when I chose him to be my surgeon.
After over 5 yrs of abnormal mammograms from dense breast implants I was finally diagnosed with a very large rupture of left implant. This was my 2nd set of silicone implants that I had combined of the both for over 30 yrs. My lymnodes were swollen I was diagnosed 5 times & hospitalized for fluid on my lungs diagnosing me with pneumonia and intravenous antibiotics..when all alone it was the ruptured silicone around my left lung that i had been wrongly treated for pneumonia. Finally when I came to Dr Fallucco & met him for the very first time I knew that very moment I was in confident hands. His Staff is absolutely AMAZING & they gentle took me thru the entire process. Then came my surgery where I chose to hv implants removed & not replaced. I am now 3 months out from my surgery & I hv never felt better or happier. I hv my health back & I am forever greatful to my Dr. Falluco & his entire staff.
I had the best experience with Dr. Fallucco, and the entire staff at FPSG, everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly and makes you feel like a friend and not just a patient. I am more than happy with my results i truly believe i couldn't have had a better outcome anywhere else!....................
Breast cancer is not easy for any woman, but when you have caring, kind, knowledgeable doctors by your side to help it makes all the difference. Dr Falluco is that doctor that made a tremendous difference in my cancer journey, recovery and reconstruction. He was always honest with me, explained the options, what to expect and the pros and cons of reconstruction. It was my decision, my body but I was guided by a caring expert, Dr Falluco. He was confident what he could do and he gave me the confidence to take the leap and go for reconstruction. None of this is an easy journey, but it is a doable multi faceted process that can change your attitude and your outlook. When you are 30 years old reconstruction is a pretty easy decision when you are over 60 you wonder do you really need this. Well, I did it. I have no regrets, your clotheds fit better, you can buy real bras like you use to. You will feel restored, more positive and let’s face it perky breast are nice go have at any age. Good luck with what ever decision you make, but If you go for it, Dr Falluco is the surgeon you want. Lesley
This was the absolute best experience i could have ever had. Dr Fallicci is an angel!! Very humble and caring. Not to mention he did a phenomenal job on my breast reduction and lift. I had been to another Dr. who left me with very unpleasant results and Dr. Fallucco was able to give me the results I had been seeking for years.
This is a very insightful question, and I completely understand your concern as we pay special attention to belly button aesthetics with tummy tucks— especially since you’re happy with your current belly button and are hesitant to risk altering it. The good news is: yes, in most cases your existing belly button can be preserved during a revision tummy tuck. If the belly button is not freed up then there can be no skin tigheting above this location, but it is still possible to address rectus diastasis and subcutaneous fat with the belly button attached. If the the belly button is detached from the surrounding skin and brought through a new opening when the skin is redraped this allows for skin tightening above the belly button. In revision cases, as long as the belly button has healthy blood flow and hasn’t been overly scarred or compromised, we can typically keep it intact and just reshape or reinforce the skin around it. It’s also very possible to address the uneven muscle repair (diastasis recti) and remove additional loose skin during revision surgery — these are common goals in secondary tummy tucks. That said, revision surgery is more technically complex, so choosing a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience in revisions — and someone who listens carefully to your aesthetic priorities (like preserving your natural belly button) — is essential. If you're in or near Jacksonville or would like to discuss via telemedicine, I'd be glad to evaluate your case and help create a surgical plan that corrects the muscle and skin issues while preserving what you already love about your result.
Hi Tracy — thank you for your question. It’s absolutely possible to have a second breast lift (mastopexy), even after a prior reduction and lift. In fact, many women seek revision lifts as they age, experience skin laxity, or go through weight or hormonal changes that affect breast shape. The most important consideration in your case is nipple blood supply and nerve integrity, since those were already altered during your first surgery. Fortunately, at 7 years out, your body has had ample time to heal and establish new vascular patterns — which means that, in experienced hands, a revision lift can often be done safely. That said, careful preoperative planning is essential. During a consultation, I would evaluate your current breast anatomy, scar patterns, and tissue quality. In many cases, we can lift and reshape the breast without detaching the nipple, which helps preserve blood flow and sensation. At 58 and with a healthy weight, you may be a great candidate for a revision mastopexy — especially if you’re in good general health and your goals are to restore a more youthful shape and position. If you're in or near Jacksonville, or would like to discuss over telemedicine I'd be glad to meet with you to explore your options and design a personalized approach that prioritizes both aesthetic results and safety.
In many cases a full tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) can be performed as a revision, and it may significantly improve both the position of the belly button and the contour issues you’re describing. An umbilical float technique detaches the belly button from the abdominal wall to reposition it downward without making a new incision around it. While this method can work well in certain patients, it can lead to issues like a belly button that appears too low, or an unnatural contour — especially if there’s more excess skin than the technique is designed to handle. In a revision full tummy tuck, we typically recreate a proper belly button position by reattaching it through a new opening at a more anatomically correct location. As long as there is sufficient blood supply and soft tissue support (which is usually the case after a year of healing), this can often be done safely and effectively. The step-off or ledge below your scar can also be addressed by re-draping the skin and revising the scar as the old scar will be removed, and attention to Mons reshaping will be performed. Every revision case is unique, so I would need to evaluate your skin laxity, scar placement, and umbilical anatomy in person or via telemedicine to design the best plan for you. But in most cases, revision surgery can give patients a more natural, smoother result and restore confidence in their abdominal contour. If you're in the Jacksonville, Florida area or like to discuss via telemedicine and are able to travel, I'd be happy to consult with you to discuss your options and create a plan tailored to your goals.
Necklift without a facelift is definetly an option in the correct setting. It depends on your anatomy and goals. A neck lift can be performed successfully without a facelift in select patients, especially if the concern is primarily loose skin or excess fat under the chin and along the jawline, and the midface (cheeks) still has good tone and volume. In these cases, a well-performed neck lift can create a tighter, more defined neck and jaw contour on its own. However, if there's significant sagging in the lower face (jowls, marionette lines, etc.), then a neck lift alone may create an imbalance — where the neck looks tight, but the lower face still appears aged. Over time, gravity and skin laxity in the untreated areas may give the impression that the neck "fell" or aged unevenly, even though it was lifted. The key is a customized surgical plan. During consultation, I assess the full facial structure to determine if a standalone neck lift will give you the natural, long-lasting results you're looking for — or if combining it with a lower facelift will achieve better harmony. If you're in the Jacksonville area and considering facial rejuvenation, I’d be happy to see you for a personal evaluation.
The brow and upper eyelid skin are both important to consider. If your main issue is the eyelid skin, not the brow you can address the skin with limited results. If the skin touching or draping over your lashes is primarily from the eyelid itself and not from a droopy brow pushing skin downward, then blepharoplasty can cleanly remove the excess and restore a more “open” eye appearance. Brow lifts are typically added when a patient feels their brows are heavy, sagging, or causing a tired or angry look. If you’re happy with the shape and position of your brows, you can avoid this more invasive (and costly) procedure. Upper eyelid surgery is usually done in-office or in a surgical suite under local anesthesia or light sedation. Recovery is fast — typically 1 to 2 weeks of visible healing and minimal pain.
