I am 46 years old and I am open to both non-surgical and surgical procedures although I don’t really want to do any thread or PDO lifts. I have had Botox for my forehead and crows feet and cheek filler in the past.
Answer: Try this before surgery Thank you for your question and photos. From the photos you posted, you do not seem to have significant facial aging that would warrant a facelift or necklift at this time (i.e., no jowls, skin laxity in the neck, platysmal banding). A simpler approach may achieve the desired result. Quick injections of Botox into the DAO muscles (the muscles which pull down on the corners of the mouth) will relax these muscles and allow your "frown" to be turned upside down.

Answer: Best facelift for someone in their 40's. A Preservation Deep Plane Facelift is an excellent option for individuals in their 40s seeking early, natural-looking facial rejuvenation. At this age, signs of aging like mild sagging in the midface, jawline, and neck can be addressed effectively by lifting and repositioning deeper tissues while preserving facial anatomy. This minimally invasive technique ensures a more youthful appearance without the overly tightened look of traditional facelifts. It also offers long-lasting results with minimal downtime, making it ideal for proactive rejuvenation.

Answer: Deep plane facelift for corners of the mouth Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs. A deep plane facelift procedure would go well beyond adjusting the position of the corners of the mouth. If your focus is strictly on the shape of the corner of the mouth, there are options for local anesthetic interventions to raise the corner of the mouth, which also leave some fine scars at the edge between the vermilion and the skin. Medical treatments are also available. Botulinum toxin injections to the muscles below the corner of the mouth can help to raise the corner of the mouth and change the expression in that area.

Answer: Options for treatment: deep plane facelift? Thank you for sharing your photos and questions. You have a mild of aging in the neck and jawline and moderate in the midface. There is elongation of the upper lip. A true extended deep plane facelift (with complete mobility of the midface and malar fat pads) combined with upper lip lift would address the concerns satisfactorily. There is plenty of midface volume so that a fat transplantation is not necessary.

Answer: Deep plane lift Hello from Istanbul! A deep plane lift can effectively address the areas you’re concerned about. If needed, we could also consider combining this with a midface lift to optimally smooth out the nasolabial folds. An in-person consultation would be best to determine the most appropriate course of action. Best of luck on your journey!
