It appears that someone has informed you of a classification system not commonly used for facial rejuvenation. Based on the photos, I agree that a deep plane facelift is appropriate for your mid and lower face concerns as well as your neck; a small chin implant may also be appropriate. There is no surgical procedure that addresses crow's feet, or the bunching of skin while you smile. Your request to not want a "drastic change" is in line with what most patients want. However, you will want considerable, natural improvement that makes the time, effort, and expense worthwhile. Perhaps see a few more experienced Facial Plastic Surgeons who perform a lot of deep plane facelifts

I’ve never heard of stage 4 facelift. Obviously just a cute sounding gimmick. The most important thing is that you select a good surgeon. Stage 4 or deep plane facelift will not give you a great result in the hands of a poor surgeon . So cut the confusion away and start looking for a surgeon who doesn’t need to impress you with famcy terms.

Hello, hope you are well. Based on what we can see in the photos here, I would recommend a modified version of the deep plane facelift that focuses on the lifting the lower face and neck. You can easily avoid any pleating or bunching around the eyes, but still have a beautiful result along your jawline by reducing jowls and loose skin under the neck, and even lifting the corners of the mouth.
