Sense the 1st tummy tuck only take away the stretch marks above the belly button will a second tummy tuck later on get rid of the remaining stretch marks at the bottom?

Stretch marks and tummy tucksA photos would provide more information .  its possible if the marks are close to the incision . if not then you can consider dermabrasion, retin a  co2 fraxel and bbl or ipl as options

Without a picture it is hard to say whether you need a second tummy tuck or whether the stretch marks would be removed with a second tummy tuck.  Start with your original surgeon and seek his/her opinion.

removal of stretch marks during a tummy tuck is a debate that’s ongoing, and is
often confusing for patients to understand. The only way stretch marks will be
removed as part of body contouring is if they just happen to be present on the
skin that ends up excised during the surgery. In your case, it sounds like the
upper abdominal stretch marks were pulled downward when the skin was tightened.
They’re not gone; they’re just in a new position and might be less noticeable
with the skin pulled smoother. It’s possible that a second tummy tuck could
remove more stretch marks through the lower abdomen, but again it’s entirely
dependent upon their position and placement.

If you have enough laxity to have another tummy tuck and your stretch marks are not above your belly button, then another tummy tuck could be performed and you would be done with stretch marks on your abdomen.
